(The same source taught us that the sluggish, pulsing blue ambient blobs are called "potato anuses.") Probably he is "officially" a U.E.S.C. Marine, even though he's centuries and light-years away from his government's jurisdiction; the Marathon project was run by the U.E.S.C. government, so the security personnel were most likely selected from the military. Still, that doesn't make him related to the Halo Marines, since they work for a different and later government. --SiliconDream
