Okay, no Lara Croft-like characters, but, PLEEEEAAASEEE none of those characters like Lucy in Q3A... You don't have to make a character abnormally good-looking or ugly to make a product sell... Just make NORMAL looking people.... So far, bungie has done very well with the male characters, so lets just see them go for realism and variety with the females as well... And, race differences would be nice as well.
