Murderous? Nah, just fanatical. But I think the focus was more on their warrior nature (still fighting despite the loss of limbs and shot in the head three times, etc.) than their fanatical motivations.

I don't mind dark endings, I mind ones that nullify the value of the story that proceeded it. ^_^ Please don't cite any works that come from college English courses!
