Amino acid Threonine (T)

The middle glyph uses the three letters 'ACG' which are the DNA codon for the amino acid Threonine, or the anticodon for the amino acid Argenine, in the standard nucleic acid code. In molecular biological terminology - Threonine would be the probable meaning.

Unfortunately, neither amino acid's structure appears to relate to any of the numbers in surrounding the three letter codes. I tried number of C, H, O, and N atoms in both cases, numbers of protons, neutrons, electrons, total molecular weight. The pKa acid/base constants for both amino acids vaguely resemble the numbers 22, 26, 27 and 112 when you convert those to 2.2, 2.6, 2.7, 11.2 etc - however the precise pKa values for these amino acids will vary depending on the source text one uses, which is annoying. At a glance there seems few other physical constants which indictate a relationship between the ACG codon/threonine amino acid and the surrounding numbers.

If indeed this link is supposed to be biochemical, another possible meaning is the single letter amino acid codes. Threonine is abbreviated "T" and arginine as "R". "T" would be by far the more likely possiblity, once again.
