Oops! That's actually a 74 (37 x 2). Here's a link for Mayan numerals: http://saxakali.com/historymam2.htm
Mayans used a base-20 system (we use a base-10 system), so instead of having 1's, 10's and 100's places, they had 1's, 20's, 400's, etc. Dots (•) represented 1's and bars (—) represented 5's. Therefore,

•••• (4)
— (5)
— (5)
60 (••• is in the 20's place) + 4 + 5 + 5 = 74.
I think that pic at the top of B.org's page is just a bunch of 7's. No link to Phoenix *there*...
Who would have thought that a 7th (!) grade history lesson would ever come into use? ;P
