hmmm, universal city...that means you'll probably be taking the 101 (possibly the 134....) north to the 405 to the 10 to get to the fanfest, about 20 miles more or less. Now this will be around 6:00pm, so I would leave @ 6:00pm just to be safe. I travel ~25 miles one way one night a week into santa monica for a night class @ the high school (which is incedentally right behind the hotel) and It usually takes me about 25-30 min to get there with the "normal" traffic. I leave early cause you never know whats going to happen. So I would suggest you leave at 6:00pm, and get there a little early. I would offer you a ride, but I still don't know if i will be able to make it.
