...that the fest happens to fall during one of those blackouts. My only consolation is that it's happening in the evening, so A/C usage may be not be quite as high as in the afternoon.
Could you fill us non-CA folks in on these rolling blackouts? Do any of them happen around 7pm-10pm ?
