Hrm... I live in the east bay (Berkeley), so I could take bart over to the city. I don't think that my parents would want to either drive me over there (the traffic is horrible these days, as you probably know) or take bart over with me, only to go back again (they wouldn't stay at the fanfest, I don't think.
