Think about it. The letter in question, G from ARCGIVE, should be an H, right? A plus one rotation. Now, the letter that is ROT from the G4 happens to be... a Z, i.e., =26.
The thing to assume here is either a) a flaw during encryption, or a b) a flaw in the rotation scheme in the program that we used to ROT the letters.
I mean come on, I'm all for coincidences, but ARCHIVE? When bungie.org has a SITE called archive.bungie.org?
