Hi all,
If this is a coincidence, it's a weird one. I took the top numbers of each dial: 37 3 33 50 15 10 24 and converted them to letters: K C G X O J X. I ran them through 3of9's ROT cipher program and got E W A R I D R. Then I ran them through an anagram program to get IREWARD. Too bad it has nothing to do with birds, clocks, or anticyclones. The bottom numbers do not seem to reveal anything using the same method.
