(Well, I needed a sort-of clever title, didn't I?)
I looked around for some sort of reference that might make sense of "rusted anticyclone" in Chelsea's latest, and I found this: apparently Jupiter's Great Red Spot is a massive anticyclone...and it's red, so maybe it's "rusted."
I haven't figured out how to work that into either the rest of Chelsea's message or the numbers on the glyph dials... but maybe someone else will have an inspiration.
