The only way to see those would be to get the source of the script, which you cannot do over an HTML connection (the server will always execute it first). Unless you've set some priviledges wrong or got a buggy server that is.
Even then, if Claude is doing this properly, the username and password won't be in that script either and will be used to log in to a database that is gleefully recording all our failed log in attempts so bungie.org can have a good laugh :) Well, at least that is what I would do ... and do do at the company I work for.
Hacking it would be more work than following the clues - these clues have been set up to be broken, web servers generally aren't.
