Could Chelsea's last message be in reference to Big Ben? SlaveDawg & I did some looking late last night & seemed to see many parallels... what do you guys think? (big ben chimes on every quarter hour, it's old, there's 4 clocks of it, it (the bell) is in the top of the tower.. etc. etc...
