Solution for Glyph 1!

Very, very nice Luigi. I'm not taking any credit for this, but let's see if we can get confirmation from Chelsea...

41 % 26 = 15 = "O"

I propose that the solution to Glyph 1 is the letter "O" based on the post below, by Luigi.
