My guess is that those are distances to a star in the constellations...
Horologium - 192LY388 = 192.388 Light Years
Vulpecula - 56LY718 = 56.718 Light Years

okay, i got a headache now, but this is what I found:
In Horologium, there are a bunch of stars close to 19x LYs from Earth:
* HIP12361 at 195.9 LY
* HIP10621 at 194.1 LY
* HIP16794 at 193.0 LY
- and -
* HIP19658 at 192.4 LY!!
In Vulpecula, there is this one (I could'nt concentrate after the Northernmost 30 minutes [at time of posting]):
* HIP104617 at 567.2 LY
This is all very coincidental to me, but I looked up the info on those two stars that match the numbers & here it comes:
HIP19658 | HIP105617 | |
Magnitude | 8.71 | 8.62 |
Absolute Magniture | 4.86 | 2.42 |
TYC Number | TYC8071-255-1 | TYC2181-1748-1 |
B-V Color Index | 0.66 | 0.63 |
Temperature | 5885°K | 6008°K |
Radius | 1.5 Solar | 4.3 Solar |
Luminosity | 2.4 Suns | 22 Suns |
So that's it. It's probably nothing to do with the dials, tho.
