This has to have been posted before, but I'd just like to point out that Chelsea said that this is an oddly ticking clock or something like that.
That either means that it skips around and doesn't move in a logical order OR, as I suspect, goes counter-clockwise rather than clockwise.
I dunno, that just makes sense to me, although its probably already been mentioned.
