Don't forget about the duplicate numbers. I remember hearing that they were significant. I wonder what the difference is between the numbers there are 2 of and the numbers there are 3 of...
It reminds me of a kind of puzzle I used to do. I get a sentence, but it looks like gibberish and one long word. But, if you cross out the duplicate letters, you get a message, just add spaces.
