With the help of an excel spreadsheet, I've converted the above numerals to letters and in so doing have uncovered the following:
1. The first numbers listed in each pair above decode to 'TLMXBOX.' I find the 'XBOX' portion of this decoding attempt particularly interesting.
2. Using the same technique the second numbers of each pair decode to 'JKFIYBS.' One could possibly interpret this as some sort of an acronym, such as "Just Kidding For Information Your Bull Sh1t," but that would be a stretch.
BTW, in case there was any doubt, the above two codes did not work; they may, however, be a step in the right direction, as indicated by the 'xbox' portion of my first decryption.
Oh, and I believe that Chelsea's birds that "[keep] calling" are the 'cardinal' numerals that surround each of the glyphs, and nothing more (of course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong ;) ).
