I took the total of each dial, and reduced it.

For plain reducing (two digits), the letters are M N Q O I H L.

For Marathon reducing (to one digit), the letters are D E F H I H C.

I tried using the cypher tool, but I couldn't get it to output anything other than a single letter. (BTW, has someone already tried it this way?) Could someone run these through the tool, or tell me how to operate it? I know it's probably simple, but...
