Unfortunately?! That's probably where the number 15 came from (as opposed to, say, seven). That's the way we could have figured it out, instead of just ROTing by random numbers until we got it.
On a side note, is there anything in Chelsea's clues or elsewhere that suggests the ROT solution? Or was the solving entirely dependant on someone thinking of it and randomly trying it out on a whim?
