Raven was simply the first person to stumble across arrival.bungie.org. (He (she?) also stumbled across some of the crude dead ends we left for the curious ones. :) )
I think the point of Raven's post was a show of surprise that more people didn't immediately notice that arrival could be a b.org domain. (Correct me if I'm wrong, Raven. :) )
