Probably not, I'm of the opinion that Chelsea's responses are confirmations, if you look at each answer, they clarify the logic we used to get there. Sanctus was merely written in C note (not $100 bills!)
Also, if she intended her clues to give us hints to the next puzzles, it would have done so already, there is no way she could have known the last glyph to be solved is g1.
