Chelsea Bridge. She made the puzzle, and leaves cryptic clues all over the place. Her clues are the best place to test theories. Also, Claude Errera (Bungie.org's head honcho) will drop in from time to time, dropping ambiguous hints. He basically steps in just to tell us we were "so close" to solving a glyph.
When we get something right, we get a positive-sounding cryptic message from Chelsea; when we get something wrong, we get silence.
