Use the dial istelf for masking out numbers the same way one might decrypt using the Masonic Cypher tic-tac-toe boards...
The 'C' masks out 19, 20, 24, 20, and 62 leaving 37, 75, and 50.
If you use the inner 'I' as another mask, we are left with just 50.
So what the heck does 50 mean? C's and I's...like Roman numerals. Could the remianing 50 suggest a third numeral 'L'?
Something else mildly interesting to note...look at a periodic table. At the interesection of the column containing Carbon (C) and the row containing Iodine (I), we have Tin (Sn), which has an atomic number of 50.
