I'm assuming that the loops aren't connected here..
First I got thinking it looked like a key placed in the middle. Sort of like to wind up maybe. Wind-up clock..well anyway that's not important.
I realized that if you curl both loops back into a straight position they'll merge together and create a solid line going from 47 to 2. Now since they're curling AWAY from the 2 I'm going to say:
Glyph 5 is B
