I don't like the idea that it's pointing at 9. It "ends" in the middle and not at a number so I'm thinking this is the start and it's ACTUALLY pointing/ending at 47 (more accurately a little between 47 and 25..).
So 4+7=11 1+1=2 = B
OR if it's halfway between those two numbers:
47-25=22 (also on the dial..)
25+11=36
3+6=9 = I
