Why do you start A as 0? In both Hebrew and Greek, Aleph/Alpha = 1. Unless you are considering some modern uses like Aleph Null in math. 16 in Greek, (ekkaideka) would be iota+sigma(final) which does look right. Maybe it would be P = 16 with A=1, B=2, etc?
As far as the Hebrew goes, were you referring to gematria? In that case, Q, the transliteration of the letter "Kuf", would equate to 100.
