An awful lot of the numbers around the edge are listed more than once, and 4 or 5 of those around each glyph ( except G7 ) have duplicates. Matching them would generate ways of arranging them in space, although the most natural 2D arrangement (6 around one central glyph) doesn't fit the 45 degree angles very well.
