wouldn't be suprised if this works much like a translation of a 'real' glyph would work. You get to translate it ok but then placing the info you got in context with the culture or history of the scribes is a totally different kettle of fish ...er pfhor ..er...ok Jjaro,
...well, they all look like fish or sea creatures of some description ;)
