Perhaps something Biblical. Sanctus means (in latin, anyway) Saint.
Tremate, empi, tremate. looks to be Italian. "Shake, empi, shake." I'm guessing. tremate turns over into "shake" or "shaken". It's also biblical in nature, as to what empi is/are... Got me. Appears to be something like sinners, but worse? heretics? I get alot of "the corpses of the empi will litter the earth" vibes from some of the stuff I found. All of it in Italian.
Now, if any of this is of use, I'll be surprised. hehe...
