Okay then, before I lose my mind, I'll take it one step further. Assuming (which could be totally wrong) that the Tic-Tac-Toe mention refers to G4, and assuming that all puzzles include a number to character to number conversion (or vice versa), let's try this:
•Tic-Tac-Toe is related to G4
•ACG=Threonine
•Threonine = 309, or three of nine
•This give us:
T H R
E O N
I N E
Out of these nine letters, the only three in a row which make a word are:
E O N
Therefore-ergo-three-dots, the solution to G4 would be Eon, or E.
