Pretty much. I've always thought there was something up with the primes and the usage of the digits 1, 3, and 7 in that glyph, especially since pointed out by someone (I forget who first pointed that out) that ACG could very well be 137.

In this case, I simply arranged the numbers around the ACG glyph into a 3x3 square in the same way you arranged the numbers around the "L" glyph into a 3x3 square. If those primes are special, then there are two failed attempts at winning tic-tac-toe: 7 -> ACG(137) -> 22 and 113 -> ACG(137) -> 50, and there is a 3 in a row "win" with 13 -> ACG(137) -> 37

It is kind of interesting because the 3 links 13 and 37 making it 137. Now, this may all be coincidence, but I personally find that hard to believe.
