Those are all good possibilities. Netboy (post below) asked if ACG could be DNA rather than mRNA. Basically, this would lead to other answers as well (just to make our lives more confusing!). Those answers would include UGC (the correspondent codon), and another amino acid Cysteine.
Also, note that the standard abbreviations for those two amino acids are THR (for threonine) and CYS (for Cysteine).
The new glyphs look great, btw.
