Good stuff. Honestly, I thought this subway theory for G6 was quite nuts, until it was proven right.
I say, don't mess with the outer numbers. We can solve all the inner symbols, AND THEN we find some way to link it with the encircling numbers (CB's tic-tac-toe reference springs to mind).
And, indeed, I think this collection of people is the brightest, wisest, cleverest bunch ever assembled in one place for a long, long time.
