just playing with things here... i went to the text of the term in Carrol Street Station and copied it to Word. I then wrote down the 8th, 7th, 50th, 13th and so on (numbers from the 4th Glyph) letters from the term, and replaced each number with its corresponding letter on the glyph. Starting from the rightmost (eastern) number/letter and moving clockwise I get the string "addstoeu" I don't know about anyone else, but I see "adds to eu" What "eu" is I don't know... perhaps when all the glyphs are figured out the result is a text message with instructions or something... "eu" would be the start of another word to be completed on a different glyph. Of course this could all just be me making something up that's not there...
